On Tuesday 21st November 2023, we welcomed customers and partners to celebrate the completion of our refurbishment and rebranding project after 9 months of work.
It has remained important to retain a strong brand presence and we felt it necessary to include changes throughout the building, visually communicating our brand not just online, but also within the centre.
We began the rebrand through our website and online channels with a modern, streamlined logo and striking new colour scheme. The physical refurbishments started early in 2023, concluding in Autumn this year and we’re really pleased with our new look.
We’re proud of our new, open plan reception area; customers can now access their mail 24/7 through secure lockers. We’ve also introduced a green wall to separate reception from the café and installed new flooring & lighting throughout all communal areas to make the centre feel more inviting. Kitchens and toilets have been given a refresh, and our conference facilities now boast new furniture and state-of-the-art technology.
In addition, we’ve repurposed some of our meeting space to create two new offices. These small offices, perfect for 1-3 people, are dedicated to supporting new and start-up businesses on their growth journey, helping them to be part of our growing business community.
Centre Manager, Hannah Hickman, commented: “We are extremely pleased with the transformation the centre has undergone over the last few months. This now gives us a modern and clean new look, providing our customers with a more comfortable space to work and collaborate.. Many thanks to all our customers and visitors for bearing with us through the chaos, but I’m sure we can all agree it has definitely been worth the wait.”
