John is the founder of Walking 4 hope\, a CIO (Charity Incorporated Organisation) that supports families and young people who find it difficult to deal with the pressures that day to day life presents. \nThe Pride of Britain Awards is an annual award ceremony which honours British people who have acted bravely or extraordinarily in challenging situations. John has been selected as regional champion for his exceptional fundraising efforts and is a nominee for the national ITV Fundraiser of the Year award. \n  \nThis event is free to attend\, but booking is essential.
