This interactive face-to-face session provides a solid foundation in understanding mental health and its place in our overall wellbeing. Through real-world examples, practical activities and reflective tools, we’ll explore how to recognise signs of stress and burnout, understand common mental health conditions, and confidently support others in the workplace — while also learning how to look after your own mental wellbeing.
