Based in the East Midlands and serving the areas of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, Block Property Solutions Limited (BPS) is a managing agent that specialises in property management for estates and residential blocks to a client base consisting of Leaseholders, Resident Management Companies (RMC), Right to Manage (RTM), Freeholders, and Developers.

Shahin attributes part of BPS’s success to the guidance and support provided by Mansfield Innovation Centre, their main base of operations. BPS joined the centre two years ago and throughout their time at Mansfield Innovation Centre, Innovation Director David Smith has supported Shahin to develop their strategy, systems and processes. David has also helped the business to secure three separate Growth grant awards: to bring in external, specialist skills and invest in new IT hardware and industry-specific software to support the growth of their business. One of the most important aspects of the support has been the one-to-one coaching of Shahin as an individual and helping him to manage a growing business.
